Once logged into the BuildZoom dashboard you will see that is easily navigated by using the quick access icons on the left-hand side of the screen. Think of the dashboard as a virtual marketplace for business, allowing you to attract, engage, and close real revenue opportunities.
Each icon represents a component of the information available to the Homeowner about the business and ultimately can have a positive or negative influence on a number of the decisions that are made during the buying process.
The dashboard home page allows you to quickly see the performance from a high-level view. No matter if you are focused on top of the funnel sales metrics or a daily user responding to Homeowner inquiries, BuildZoom makes it super easy to get a pulse on customer reviews, the percentage of bids delivered, and the rate at which the business is hired on to projects overall. These metrics help provide a quick update before moving on to the individual project and settings pages. You’ll notice in the screenshot below, the profile below is for Richard’s General Contracting, located in San Francisco, CA.
At first glance, you will be drawn to their BuildZoom Score of 139. In a future post, we will be taking a deeper dive into that specific topic. For now, please visit this page to find more information about What is the Score. As you navigate through the various pages within the dashboard, feel free to click into each section and familiarize yourself with the general terminology and verbiage used and if at any point you are not sure of a change or have a question about a particular setting, just send a quick email to masterhalco@builzoom.com and the team will get back to you with an answer or schedule a time to provide support over the phone. Now that you have completed step 2, let’s make sure that we understand what makes the business unique and why a Homeowner would want to work with you.
